Kamphire Collective is a live hip-hop band, with Origin and Timbuk 2 on vocals, Big-Boi on guitar, DJ Flow the scratch master, Doobage on drums and bass by The Jake (if these are their real names, these guys have got the coolest parents ever). On their myspace.com site, the Collective doesn't really have much to say about themselves. Not a problem, though, because they let their music do the talking for them.

Mixing hip-hop, reggae, funk, soul and pop, Kamphire C stands out among their musical peers. Their rhymes are tight and clear and they not only write their own words, they create their own music. Even if you aren't into hip-hop, once you hear Kamphire Collective ... you will be.
