His love for hip-hop began in the mid-'80s as a B-boy and graf artist and quickly grew to cover all aspects of hip-hop. Arcturus is an MC as well as a producer with well over 20 projects under his belt. Though many of the aspects of Mad Ro have changed, Arcturus has remained the constant. His music expresses true-to-life situations with a refreshing outlook that differs from the ever growing fad of violence in rap. Arcturus, aka Billy Dangerous, is a true underground head with true skills who refuses to sell himself short.
